In 1897, St. Francis Catholic Cemetery was established by the Franciscans in the heart of Phoenix on land donated to the Church. Since that time, we have faithfully served and cared for families in the Phoenix area. Nestled in the shadow of the majestic Camelback Mountain, St. Francis Catholic Cemetery is an idyllic sanctuary for worship and remembrance. These beautiful and peaceful grounds are maintained with the same reverence given to a holy shrine. Throughout St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, you will find the type of religious artwork that surrounds you in Catholic churches, and conveys the Catholic belief in the Resurrection, eternal life and the victory.
